SpeedPro Towson is looking for a dependable full-time Print Production Associate to produce large-format graphics.

Primary Responsibilities:

Operating and maintaining large-format printers, laminators, cutters and plotters
Outputting and Finishing roll-to-roll and direct-to-substrate graphics
Packaging finished products for customer pick-up, shipping or transportation to installation sites
Assisting or independently handling installation of vehicle graphics, wall murals, window graphics, general signage, etc.

Required Skills:

Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills
Team player who can accept constructive criticism
Focus on quality assurance (ensuring the finished product is 100% correct before it leaves the studio)
Superior time management focus in order to achieve efficiencies and meet strict deadlines
Customer-service oriented
Excellent communication skills, both internally and with customers
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ideal candidates will also possess:

Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design (or similar program)

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
